Is my product printed in the U.S.A. ??
Yes! Every one of our products are proudly custom printed in the U.S.
When will my order ship??

For U.S. orders: Most orders will be shipped within 1 – 2 business days (excluding pre-sale/backorders, and personalized products).

For international orders: International orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 – 3 days (same exclusions as U.S. orders).

Personalized products will be shipped within 1 – 5 business days which depends on our production volume, but normally it could be shipped 3 business days.

How soon will my order arrive??
Small items  are normally shipped via first class and large items are shipped via Fedex Ground within the U.S. which generally arrives in 2-5 business days.
You have the option to upgrade or change your shipping service during check out process.
How do I cancel my order??

Please immediately contact [email protected] Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Orders cannot be cancelled after this period, or after the carrier has picked up the shipment. We are not responsible for shipping costs associated with order cancellations or product returns.

Personalized orders cannot be canceled, exchange or modify design  if it’s order status is processing for production.

Do you ship International??
We do! Please note that you are responsible all duties, import taxes related to the delivery of merchandise to your country.
We ship using post office International priority mail.
How do I return my product??

We offer a full 30 day (from date of order shipment) return and exchange policy. We stand behind our craftsmanship and quality,  if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy online return process.

The return authorization is active up to 30 days from the date of your order is shipped. If we do not receive the return within this time frame, our system closes the request. The return authorization will no longer valid and cannot be reinstated.

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed for simple refund and exchange requests. If your order was eligible for our free shipping promo, and you were not billed for freight costs, the original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. If a expedited shipping method was selected, this amount will be deducted from any refund.

Returns received without authorization may be subject to a return back to the sender. We do not charge restocking fee but all returns and exchanges are only valid on product that remains in new condition upon the return request.

Upon inspection, if the return item is deemed as having been worn or scratched from trial use, a refund may not be approved. All original packaging and accessories need to be returned along with the item(s) being returned.

Personalized items are final sale items, and cannot be returned for refund, or exchange.

Do I need to pay sales tax??

As required by law that orders placed within California will be collected at a rate of 9% sales tax.

Can I return or exchange a Custom product??

Custom products neither can be returned nor exchanged. Once the product begin process, it belongs exclusively to the customer who ordered it,  even though it has not been shipped yet.

Custom products are custom printed, there is no pattern fixed beforehand and each particular product will have its own design according to the special features selected by each customer.
